Vins D’Envie (Wines of Pleasure) is a collaborative project between Guillaume Lavie and Maxime Dancoine, biodynamic producers in the Bugey region of Savoie. The partnership was born to create delicious natural Alpine wines at an affordable price. This intriguing blend of Jacquere, Altesse, and just a splash of Chardonnay, is (at least in my humble opinion) just about perfect.  Named after the French Bigfoot character (Dahu = bigfoot), this electric blend is the essence of summer in the mountains – bright, fresh, delicate wildflowers, tart lemon and green apple sour patch kids up front, then a pristine wave of glacial water minerality washes it all away, leaving your mouth tingly and thirsty for more.
