Might be Mike's favorite Sauvignon Blanc in the store right now! If a Sancerre and a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc had a love child, this would be it! A perfect balance between freshness and depth! Typical varietal aromas of grapefruit as well as herbal notes, not too aggressive though. On the palate, plenty of texture and minerality, bright acidity balanced with some weight and creaminess from lees aging, and a long finish.
100% dry-farmed Sauvignon Blanc farmed using sustainable practices. Fermented using native yeasts in termperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and aged 6 months on the lees. Minimal fining and filtering before bottling. Enjoy chilled, with vegetable dishes, asparagus risotto, pasta with white wine sauce, seafood, poultry, fish and young cheeses.
