100% CCOF certified organic fruit- this is a blend of 28% Grenache, 27% Syrah, 26% Mourvedre, 12% Cinsaut, and 7% Carignane. Ready to drink out of the gate, with complex aromatics of mulberry, plum, licorice, pepper and fresh leather. The wine is sleek and alluring in the mouth, carried by Grenache notes of stewed ripe strawberries and finishing with sweet, resolved tannin. Refreshing at only 13.8% alcohol. Only 972 cases were made. Preston Farm & Winery is a family-operated, organic property in Healdsburg’s Dry Creek Valley. Their 125 acres are nestled between a meandering salmon-spawning stream and a sleepy stretch of former wagon trail leading to town. They have been growing grapes, farming vegetables, and raising livestock on the property for 40 years. Native fermentation, low sulphur additions.
