2018 Terenzuola Vermentino Bianco 'Vigne Basse’
95% Vermentino and 5% Albarola, farmed organically. This wine is a food lover’s dream- bright with acidity and full of minerality. With white flowers, mango and underripe pineapple flavors situated in a slightly viscous, oily mouthfeel, it feels great in the mouth. The texture is quickly cleaned away by the acid, finishing on a chalky, stone driven note. Drink with fish, shellfish, salads, pasta, pesto, fried calamari.... the list goes on!
