Campania, Italy
The grapes come from a single vine located on a steep hill sloping down towards a stream. It was once owned by the Franciscan monks who produced an excellent wine for “Mass”.
Harvest: The grapes are selected and harvested manually. The harvest takes place in the third decade of September, from the early hours of the morning to ensure a cool temperature when the grapes arrive in the cellar.
Vinification: Soft pressing with fermentation in steel at controlled temperature.
Wine: Clear straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The perfumes have a remarkable persistence and express floral and fruity notes. On the palate it is dry and with a good freshness expressing all the typicality of the grape.
