A blend of 70% Samsó (Carignan) and 30% Garnacha from stony, clayey and calcareous soils. 100% organic viticulture. All work is done 100% manually and fruit is harvested in tiny (10k) boxes. Indigenous yeasts and fermentation in cement tanks. Aged for a period of 9 months in large founders. Elegance, freshness and value in the mouth, with a blunt nose of black forest fruit with a mineral background and balsamic notes that combine the warmth of the most aromatic sandalwood. Fresh aftertaste and deep acidity.
