A wine I want is Out Of Stock. Can I special order more?
We pride ourselves on keeping our webstore connected to real-time inventory. Unless otherwise specified on the item page, if you order it online we have it in stock for immediate pickup. If you would like to order more quantity than we have in stock, just reach out by email or by at 408.402.5842 and we will special order if possible. The same goes for wines we don't currently carry- we are always happy to special order wines on request (minimums may be required).
When can I pick up my order?
Orders for pickup at Enoteca Direct are available immediately (during business hours) unless otherwise specified in the item description. Orders for pickup at Enoteca La Storia San Jose generally need 24 hours to be transferred and are available during business hours (currently Thursday-Saturday, check updated hours here).
Are you related to Enoteca La Storia?
Yes! We are part of the Enoteca family, including Enoteca La Storia Los Gatos and Enoteca La Storia San Jose.
I'm an Enoteca La Storia Wine Club Member, do I get a discount?
Yes! Enoteca La Storia Wine Club Members always receive a 10% discount on all retail wine purchases (15% off for all 6+ bottle purchases) at all Enoteca locations. Learn more about Wine Club membership here.
Can I pick up my ELS Wine Club shipment at Enoteca Direct?
No, wine club shipments can only be picked up at Enoteca La Storia. If you don't know where you chose to pick up your wine, please reach out to email@example.com.
Can I purchase wine here to drink at Enoteca La Storia?
No, but both Enoteca La Storia locations still have an extensive selection of wines for you to enjoy with your wine club "no corkage" on-premise benefit (limit of two bottles per member per visit).
